How to get someone's IP address

This is so dumb there tons of legitimate reasons for needing an ip address.
Here's How:
Get them to email you.
Gmail:
1.) Log in to your Gmail account on your computer. Open the response email from the person.
2.) Click the arrow beside "Reply" to expand it. Select "Show original." A message header opens in a new window.
3.) Scroll to the "Received" line to locate the person's IP address.
Yahoo Mail:
1.) Log in to your Yahoo Mail account on your computer. Open the response email from the person.
2.) Scroll to the bottom of the email message.
3.) Select the "Full Headers" link on the bottom right. The headers will display at the top of your message.
4.) Check the "Received-SPF" line to get the person's IP address.
Outlook:
1.) Open the person's email message in Microsoft Outlook.
2.) Go to the "Message" tab and click the dialog box launcher at the bottom of the "Options" group. The "Message
Options" dialog box opens.
3.) Go to the "Internet headers" section. The person's IP address displays under the "Received" line.
